- I don’t do fetish or NSFW artworks;- Payments will be made exclusively through PayPal or Mbway (portuguese system);- Payments will be processed in USD or EUR;- You don't need to include the shipping address in the transaction;- Payment must be made after the initial sketch is approved;- Prices are subject to change and may not always be final;- You are free to edit or redesign the design;- Give credit to my artwork/design when u post it;- You may gift, trade or resell the original character (OC), but don't sell the design for more than you originally paid (unless the purchase included additional commissioned art);- Do not tokenize, create nonfungible tokens (NFTs), use blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency or any future inventions in the space with my art;- I retain the copyright of the created artwork;- My art is not for commercial use; it is intended for personal use only;- Any commercial use requires written consent;- You are not authorized to change, modify, edit, or use my art without my explicit permission;- I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason;- I reserve the right to provide a full refund if I no longer wish to continue working on your commission for any reason;- The art or designs I create cannot be used by you or your partners to train an AI;- I reserve the right to decline any commission if I do not feel comfortable working on;- My art is always evolving, and finished pieces may not always perfectly match the provided examples;- Minor changes can be requested during the sketch and lineart phase, but I maybe don't accept changes during coloring/shading/finishing stages. Please provide detailed instructions when placing your order!- I don´t accept rushed deadlines due to my status as a working student. Please refrain from pressuring or rushing me;- Commission turnaround time typically ranges from 1 week to 2 months, depending on my workload. Delays might occur and will be communicated through announcements;- If you cancel the commission before it has started, partial refunds may be issued based on the stage of the process;- After the commission has begun, canceling the order may result in the forfeiture of the entire payment, depending on the stage of the process;By proceeding with a commission, you confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.Please note that the TOS is subject to change.
